• Reviewing and developing all products, including measuring of samples, fitting prototypes and samples, and communicating changes to factories.
• Maintaining close working relationships with factories and suppliers to remain updated on the status of samples and orders.
• Review and analyze sales data in order to concisely and effectively present and utilize the information.
• Trend research and develop apparel collections for each season.
• Perform fabric and notion sourcing.
• Frequent visits to outlets to understand the needs of customers.
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion or Design preferred

• At least 1-2 years work experience in fashion design

• Strong computer skills including Adobe CC and Excel

• Possess a strong technical foundation in apparel construction and keen sensitivity to fashion trends

• Excellent eye for trends, details, and colour

• Strong command of the Chinese language to liaise with factory counterpart

• Creative flair and eye for details on fashion

• Highly disciplined with excellent work ethics and attitude, organized and meticulous

• A team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as a team, multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines

• Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
