Qualifications:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, space planning, and architecture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Certification in Interior Design (NCIDQ or equivalent) is a plus.

Role Duties:

· Produce accurate drawing according to project requirement (ABC drawings, landscape design and irrigation).

· Create drawings base on contract drawings, Specifications and technical submittals.

· Prepare shop, construction, detailed drawings for site installation.

· Review and amend drawings as per Architect/consultant comments.

· Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.

· Manage and control the records of drawings.

· Print drawings from plotter when required.

Candidate profile:

· Proficient in CAD software (Autocad) and photoshop.
