Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated and up-to-date season collections for our brand
• Research ideas, gather and analyse current and future trends
• Work closely with relevant departments (e.g factories, suppliers, merchandisers) in developing new design collections
• Constantly source for new materials and accessories to be used for current and future product development
• Develop and prepare presentations on design concepts

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in fashion design or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in related field
• Proficient in relevant design software
• Have a strong design sense, creative skills and have excellent abilities in drawing
• A creative eye and a flair for colour, texture and patterns
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multi-tasker
• Proactive, independent and able to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries (Leads provided).
• Provide quotation based on customer's requirements and design.
• Site supervision and project coordination.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.
• Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project work smoothly.

Job Description :

• Prepare and organize documentation and detailed project records
• Support in procurement of materials for different projects
• Assist Designers in evaluating the practicality of design elements
• Provide administrative assistance to the team when necessary
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required

Job Responsibilities

Design,Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion， conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
• Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works
• Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
• Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
• Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competition

Design & Build Sales

• Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).
• Cultivate sensibilities to user interface and experience of the landscape programme when preparing landscape proposal and sales pitch to win a Client.
• Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client’s approval for landscape implementation.
• Work with operations department and other contractors to deliver the intended design, inclusive of on-site coordination and problem-solving.
• Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition
