• Work experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
• Drive exploratory and evaluative user research activities such as user interviews, co creation workshops, usability testing and translation of research insights into actionable recommendations
• Create and rapidly iterate concepts through design exploration, ideation and evaluation
• Align the execution of design with stakeholders to ensure design quality and product usability
• Work closely with the development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
• Align or contribute to the design system
• Build design capabilities amongst team members, through collaboration, storytelling, and digital evangelism

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in UX design
• Frontend development/web development experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and Responsive Web Design will be a strong advantage
• Meticulous & strong attention to detail
• Proficient with using modern digital design tools such as Figma

• Have a portfolio of shipped digital projects that are in use
