Responsibilities:

• Course Design & Development:
  • Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments, and other training resources.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using various instructional design principles and multimedia tools.
  • Structure content to ensure clarity and effectiveness, considering learner levels and educational objectives.
• Content Analysis & Storyboarding:
  • Analyze training needs by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and outlines to guide content development.
  • Research and validate content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• E-Learning & Multimedia Integration:
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) to create digital learning experiences.
  • Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video, and animations to enhance learner engagement.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and ensure the quality and accessibility of e-learning modules across devices.
• Evaluation & Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze learning outcomes and suggest data-driven improvements to course design.
• Project Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft365 and AI tools like Co-Pilot.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-learning developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-centered content.
• Minimum of 1 year in courseware design. Candidates without DACE or DDDLP certification must have at least 2 years of experience in designing courseware for WSQ and other courses, including LG, TG, LP, Assessment Plans, PowerPoint, and Worksheets.
