Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute a multitude of static creative assets such as banner ads, EDMs, and other digital marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing and social teams to produce engaging video content (e.g., ads, GIFs, Instagram posts) for social media channels that align with brand objectives and enhance online presence.
• Contribute to broader creative tasks, including video editing, photoshoots, retouching, product styling, and other multimedia initiatives.

Requirements

4. Autocad drawings for layout, lighting & ceiling plan, carpentry details etc

5. Meeting client for discussion on design and proposal

6. Prepare moodboard & do presentation to client

7. Site meeting occasionally

8. Purchasing order for materials/items related to project

Job Description

• Able to produce construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements.
• Able to produce 3D rendering visuals with detailed materials and furnishing chosen.
• Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
• Able to multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process and conduct site measurements.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Enscape, Vray and relevant design software application
• Preferably to have 1-2 years in drafting experience
• Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline.

Interior Designer

• Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Creates designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts;
• Ability to provide and interpret space planning according to client requirements.
• Demonstrates illustrative skills with sketches of perspective view;
• To apply materials, cut sheet, light fitting, sanitary and other necessary stuff as design needs;
• Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the team and customer;
• Full involvement from tender stage to construction stage.
• Strong abilities to apply emerging technologies (particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD etc.);
• Knowledge of and experience in Singapore government practices, such as BCA / URA / NEA / PUB code of practices;
• Works within tight schedules, and at times, lean budgets;
• Proofreads to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

• Review project specifications, construction drawings and technical specification
• Undertake civil/structural engineering design and analysis on infrastructure construction projects, and be able to deliver solutions to more complex problems
• Produce shopdrawing and details for submission, coordination & fabrication
• Produce As-Built drawing for submission
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors & project teams
• Architectural planning, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors
• Coordinate & liaise between structural, architectural & M&E works on site.
• Assist Project Manager in planning, organising, implementing and controlling the construction of all architectural works.
• Checking & submission of all subcontractors/suppliers shopdrawings & material catalogues to consultants
• Attend site meetings
• Able to meet tight schedule
• Work independently or as part of a team
