• Diploma/Degree in Arts / Design / Visual Communications or equivalent field.
• Good knowledge of design software skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Premier Pro, Blender etc.
• Good knowledge in video editing, graphic design, illustration and brand design.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• A strong work ethnic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress to the management role
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, acute vision
• Excellent communication skills(verbal, written and illustrative)

We engaged our clients through our web and mobile apps and seek a UI UX designer to join our team. If you are a passionate designer who believed that a good design is still not good enough, we want you.

Responsibilities

· Design digital experiences using modern design tools and methodologies that prioritize usability, accessibility, and systems thinking for our various channels of engagement with users (external, internal)

· Collaborate with key team members to create world-class digital experiences.

· Responsible for UX and design strategy that ensures the best probable outcomes for our users and their audiences through evidence-based best practice design decisions.

· Conduct user research and develop real-world UX strategies, independently and/or in collaboration with your teammates needed.

· Support functional team in the preparation of documentations.

· UI UX testing support during project development and production support.

· Monitor latest and best practices in user-centric design, information structuring, and digital experiences.

Requirements

· Proficient in UI/UX software. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)

· Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

· Artistic eye for design and attention to detail.

· Demonstrate proactivity and leadership.
