UWCSEA East has a temporary vacancy from January 2025 to June 2025 for a local Part-Time Teacher of Middle School Humanities (ages 11-­14). Roles & Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans based on our curriculum, ensuring a balanced approach to learning.

• Monitor the children's interactions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain an understanding of children's medical and dietary needs.

Parental Communication

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide periodic progress reports.

Classroom Management
