• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans according to the school’s UK curriculum.
• Ensure holistic student welfare.
• Develop and maintain progress report & IEP writing.
• Maintain close relationships and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
• Facilitate testing and marking of tests.
• Manage student behaviours in classroom.
• Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
• Mentor/Support Teaching Assistant.
• Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level.
• Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education.
• Lesson planning.
• Adhere to school's SOPs.
• Complete respective administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance-record keeping, etc.).
• Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Edutrust processes and systems.

• Working days: 5 days (Change schedule every 3 months)
• Working hours: Weekdays 10:30am-6:30pm , Weekends 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Must play a musical instrument-Piano, keys or guitar (basic or advanced)
• Background in Music and Arts (Bachelor's Degree and above)
• Must feel comfortable in an active and high-energy setting (Music and Movement Dancing)
• Must be able to sing a Capella (unaccompanied)
• Understanding of basic music concepts and being able to communicate those concepts in a developmentally appropriate manner with toddlers and preschoolers.
• Must demonstrate the ability to run basic sound equipment and computers (recording and music)

Responsibilities:

• Introduce small groups of children ages 18 months- 6yo, to the world of music using songs, dance, simple instruments and a variety of instructional materials, resources and experiences.
• Prepare and lead our annual Graduation Concert and other yearly programme activities.
• Teaching enrichment music programme.

About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity is available for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join us.

This 5 Days Work Week Full-Time position for 2024 entails teaching Art to students within a collaborative and supportive teaching team.
