Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise our own on-site work teams, contractors and sub-contractors working onsite from project inception to handover with a view to achieving set targets on deadline, quality, cost and safety.
• Liaise with Sales, Design & Production Departments as well as with contractors and sub-contractors on client’s design requirements, shop drawings, detailing, installation issues, etc.
• Troubleshoot problems arising and rectify/resolve site issues at minimal cost and inconvenience to everyone whilst meeting clients’ expectations at the same time.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a good diploma in any discipline and those with relevant professional qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent will be preferred.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Those with signage and display systems project management experience will have an added advantage.
• A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind, good interpersonal and organisational skills.

In your new role you will:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

The Responsibilities
