We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and HR support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

• Issue and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and visitors.

• Oversee locker allocation and maintenance in locker rooms.

• Manage access cards and the access control system.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.

• Generate and monitor attendance reports and verify timesheets for temporary employees.

• Arrange courier services, mailing, and dispatch of documents.

• Administer employee leave applications and maintain records.

• Manage daily staff meal orders with vendors and coordinate buffet catering for events.

• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and vending machine stocks.

• Source and purchase stationery and other office items.

• Submit claims and benefits for employees through the company system.

• Manage overseas visitors' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.

• Actively participate as a member of the welfare and safety committees.

• Update and manage notice board announcements.

• Support welfare activities and initiatives for employees.

• Provide HR and administrative assistance to employees at all levels.

• Undertake other assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Independent, meticulous, and a team player with the ability to multi-task.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.

As a Baking and Packing Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily packing and preparation of bakery goods to desatch to customers, by ensuring that all products are baked and packed to perfection, consistent with the company’s quality standards. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth, where you will develop foundational baking skills and contribute to the overall success of the bakery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production: Pick, Pack and Prepare a variety of bakery items including breads, cookies, granola, and crackers.
• Follow standardized packing requirements and instructions to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Monitor packaging quality.

Order Fulfilment:

• Assist Head Baker with the daily order fulfilment (includes slicing and packing breads)
• Assist with any adhoc duties assigned
• Ingredient Preparation: Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, fillings, glazes, and toppings as directed.
• Assist with scaling and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production needs.

Quality Control:

• Inspect products during and after baking to ensure quality standards are met in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
• Notify the Head Baker or supervisor of any issues related to product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules and housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with standards.

Assist bakers and other team members in various tasks as needed.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for product improvement or new items.

Provide support to the Head Baker in special projects and new product testing when required.

Monitor ingredient stock levels and notify the Head Baker of any shortages or needs for restocking.

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing bakery ingredients and supplies in a timely and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Forecast planning; Plan and schedule production orders according to demands and available resources
• Coordinate with Project leaders, team members and Production Supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule
• Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM and design change implementation
• Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability
• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory
• Monitor material availability for production continuity
• Periodically reporting;
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Independent and proactive
• SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
• This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts, customers and HQ. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required

Assisting Clients with hotel and car booking as needed

Knowledge:
