Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.

• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.

JOBS DESCRIPTION

• Check and match DO, PO to suppliers' invoices
• Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices
• Prepare online transaction payment and payment summary list
• Follow up with the unposted invoices in system and unreceived invoices and/or DO from supplier
• Prepare sale invoices and statement of accounts
• Ensure that all invoices (AR & AP) are posted timely in the accounting system
• Prepare monthly bank and suppliers' reconcilation
• Prepare RV & PV and do the filling

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of accounts payables/receivables and general accounting procedures
