Responsibilities

• Analyse business, work with key business stakeholders to incorporate IT applications and operation processes with technology solutions.
• Project management, tracking, monitoring and status reporting to stakeholders. Defining deliverables, resources and workplans for projects. Ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Primary Relationships:

The position works directly with PR and Content team, and reports directly to Assistant Marketing Director.

This position primarily manages and ensures smooth sales logistics activities and processes that is in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Company, providing full support to the Sales team.

The Assistant Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
