· Sell new solutions and cut deals.

Job Requirement:

· Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing insights to market and customer trends, market needs and possible 'winning' solutions to address identified opportunities and gaps.

· Self-driven, persistent, highly motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra miles.

· Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality to seek out new contacts and build relationships and convert them into customers.

· Willing to work under fast paced and challenging environment

· Able to travel in the region with short notice.

Job Description:

• Create monthly consolidated cash flow statements for the group to evaluate and minimize cash flow risks.
• Track bank service charges and address any quality concerns swiftly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Assess banking services to ensure they align with new requirements and offer competitive terms.
• Handle submissions for Trade Finance and Hire Purchase (HP).
  Oversee the management of shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Supervise the opening and closure of bank accounts, update authorized signatories, and handle bank tokens.
• Prepare and manage board resolutions and meeting minutes related to financial matters.
• Oversee foreign exchange hedging plans and track borrowing rates.
• Ensure adequate banking resources are available to support business growth and expansion.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports and ensure compliance with banking covenants.
• Compile and submit the monthly treasury report to the Finance General Manager.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned by the direct supervisor.
