Marketing Manager #SGUnited Mid-Career Parthways Programme

Responsibility

• Able to work well with Management team to deliver and implement projects, as well as working with the team to develop creative briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and end-to-end marketing and communications plans
• Collaborating with internal and external new business partners
• Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders’ meetings
• Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business brands’ marketing, business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives
• Develops, evaluates, and conducts marketing activities, digital marketing, content marketing, branding strategies.
• Prepare and submit marketing and promotional reports to management
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Public Relations / Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in marketing and business development
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Experience and strong base of IT knowledge and digital marketing
• Good communication, and collaboration abilities (including international communication).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with data analysis, strategy planning, forecasting, budgeting and cost management.

Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of business strategy approved by CEO
• Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)
• Legal representation of company and maintain regular contact with overseas government including timely reports (tax department and other agencies as required)
• Establish and maintain an effective local and overseas marketing and sales strategy (Direct sales, B2B contracts)
• Represent company in corporate meetings (Both in Singapore, ASEAN countries and in China).
• Acquire new partnerships in the ASEAN and China market.
• Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
• Analyzing and preparing reports on travel tours.
• Ensuring operations run smoothly

Job Requirements

• Degree in hospitality and tourism related field
• Personal network of travel partners in ASEAN and China is a must
• Able to travel regularly for work purposes

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships
• Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market
• Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
• Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations
• Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements

Key Requirements

• You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
