• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, and records which includes project plans, drawings, and specifications. (BOM) Bill of MaterialsFamiliarity with CAD and other relevant software is a plus.
• Ensure that engineering activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Facilitate communication between team members, suppliers as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools (SAP).

Job Description:

• Assisting business development, including preparation of fee proposals, engagement letters and meeting minutes with clients, and translation of clients’ instruction from Mandarin into English (or vice versa);
• Preparing and reviewing legal agreements and transaction documents (as instructed);
• Providing transaction closing support to fee earners, including preparation of transaction closing checklists, coordinating the signing of documents, managing the collation of condition precedent documents and condition subsequent documents for drawdown;
• Post-closing support including preparation of document bibles, distribution of transaction documents and other document management tasks;
• Conducting legal research and due diligence exercises as well as creating and maintaining precedents;
• Facilitating best practices sharing and fostering relationships across WFW’s practice groups and its' clients;
• Developing improvements to internal processes to streamline and maximise efficiency within the Group; and
• Responsibility for monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes and developments, and industryspecific regulations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma level in legal studies or are an experienced legal secretary with comprehensive knowledge of legal processes.
• Have at least two years of legal experience either as a paralegal/legal secretary in a corporate function. Candidates with exposure to M&A/Project Finance would be highly regarded.
• Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication. Note that fluency in English and business level Mandarin language skills (both written and oral) are essential.

Job Description

• The candidate should be familiar with the Singapore AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

• The candidate shall have sales experience with the main contractor, sub-contractor, Consultant, Archi firm, etc.

• The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as On-Site BIM modelling services) and digitalization products (such as digitalization platforms).

• In-depth knowledge of our BIM products as well as other BIM products in the Singapore AEC market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous.

• Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers.

• Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, and QS Consultants) and your own resources over the telephone, e-mail, and outdoor visiting.

• Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation.

• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.

• Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Generate weekly sales reports and budget projections for management.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in the AEC industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants, and building owners in Singapore.

• Preferably with AEC industry-experienced candidates.

• Diploma/Degree Holder in the Built Environment Sector.

• With a minimum 4 years of sales or B2B experience in the AEC industry.

• Take the initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge of our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client.

• Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
