RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the management Brand Activation & Events Teams
• Maintain consistent B2C Brand Activation and Events business activities for clients whilst keeping pace with business target trajectory
• Communicate and engage with current & potential clients to solicit business opportunities in the B2C space proactively
• Support the creative team in ideation exercise

The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.

Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in managing disaster recovery plans and recovery
• Experience managing Data Centre Operations in the financial services industry.
• Experience in IT systems (Network, databases, cloud, virtual machines, storage) to be able to engage stakeholders during system resiliency review.
• Bachelor degree or in Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

About St Luke's ElderCare LifeLab™

In alignment with Healthier SG’s initiative to leverage community support for better health, SLEC has developed its first LifeLab™ sited within SIM, a dynamic learning space dedicated to helping community partners, caregivers, students and volunteers appreciate and understand the impacts of ageing through education and experiential learning.

The LifeLab™ Program Manager will lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of the LifeLab™ initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing partnerships and engagement at LifeLab™, driving stakeholder collaboration for innovation projects, and increasing visitorship.

Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management:

• Curate, implement and oversee experiential learning programs aligned to our areas of excellence and organisational priorities.
• Develop and manage collaborative projects and partnerships aimed at creating innovative solutions for the challenges of ageing.
• Support and contribute to new innovations and equipment evaluation for feature at LifeLab™.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the impacts of ageing.
• Work closely with the stakeholders (i.e. schools, government agencies, volunteers and caregivers etc.) to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective support and care for the elders.
• Foster and maintain networks and Communities of Practice (CoPs) to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration among thought leaders, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and like-minded partners.

Impact Measurement and Reporting:

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of LifeLab™ programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Gerontology, Social Work, Health Sciences, Education, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the health, ageing, or community development sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and managing educational or experiential learning programs.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with schools, government agencies, volunteers, and caregivers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage partnerships and collaborative projects.
• Strong understanding of the ageing process and the challenges faced by the elderly.

• To maintain boat/ equipment asset list storage.
• Assist in basic boat repair works.
• Assist in the launching and recovery of powerboats; refueling of petrol and engine oil for powerboats.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, especially that of the boatyard and its surrounding facilities.
