Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Kitchen Assistant located in Bugis. Our client serving bakmie and other Indonesian street food. You will be responsible for supporting chefs in a specific section of the kitchen, assisting with tasks like washing, peeling, and preparing food. You'll also use various kitchen equipment such as mixers, special knives, and cutters. Also, your responsibilities include unloading deliveries, organising the storeroom, and maintaining cleanliness by washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the F & B industry.

In this full-time role based in the North-East Region, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's IT systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget management: Monitor and report on the impact of tech initiatives, cost-benefit analysis across tools and processes.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary IT liaison between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals. This includes coordinating with ODC, cross function teammates and project schedules. Mobilization for commercial/event contracts.

Process Facilitation and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.

Change Management and User Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and proficiency. Provide ongoing support to users to facilitate successful utilization of the system.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement best practices to enhance cost efficiency and effectiveness. Offering insights and recommendations for further improvements based on feedback and observed outcomes.

Data Processing and Output: Use excel to manipulate and analyse data and generate meaningful information.

• Oversees the full recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

Job Requirements

• Experience managing engineering/operations team anti abuse/ security domain (good to have)
• Java and JVM technologies runtime configurations and troubleshooting is a plus
• Good understanding of Database concepts, PL/SQL and NoSql Technologies.
• Good understanding of various machine language algorithms and patterns is desired
• Good understanding of Cryptographic algorithms, Data security, SSL, certificates etc.
