• Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for open positions including management of recruitment agencies
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with business leaders to conduct talent gap analysis to address skill-knowledge gaps
• Manage and track key talent management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) for process improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent management and development.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Plan the annual training program by identifying training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis including training administration.
• Responsible for employee relations matters
• Lead and support Ad-hoc HR Projects.

Job Competencies:

• Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR function.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on team player with a proven track record in talent management and development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
