JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the restaurant team in delivering a seamless and delightful dining experience for our guests. Floor Service

· Familiarise with the restaurant set-up and all the food & beverage items on the menu and/or on-going promotions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Lead and support QC team for daily QC activities by ensuring timely analysis, documentation, and review of RM/PM/FP/IPC/Stability and Process validation samples as per predefined standards.
