• Communicate, coordinate, and plan with relevant staff/programs regarding orders and supply deliveries.
• Assist in ensuring that all supplies, services, and equipment are delivered on time.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of ethical, professional working relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain updated supplier information for regularly purchased items and stay informed on current local market conditions.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse and maintain proper records and filing of all documents and transactions.
• Makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Assist in cycle count and stock take
• Always maintain proper good housekeeping practices
• Assist in other duties assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to handle loads up 20kg - 25kg

Job Description:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Ensuring that correct goods are being loaded into vehicle before delivery
• Perform loading and unloading of goods
• Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received;
• Perform picking and packing function
• Perform stock taking function
• Assit in un-stuffing of containes
• Assist driver for delivery of goods to our retails outlets and customers
• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous
• Comfortable to work in non-air con environment
• Able to carry products weighing up to 25kg
• Responsible individual with good working attitude
• 5.5 days week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm)
