• Daily and periodic AP function.
• Matching of supplier invoices against material receving
• Process weekly payment processing
• Handle AP related matter such as liaising with suppliers, internal department.
• documentation and enquiries
• Assist Finance Manager for General ledger/reports during month end closing and yearly audit where require.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in accounting with at least 1 relevant experience or degree with 1 year relevant experience
• Strong analytical skill and an eye of details.
• Good skill in using excel & words
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Problem solving skills with drive and strong sense of responsibility & urgency.
• Knowledge of ERP system; Epicor system will be added advantage.
• Positive attitude, proactive, organised, possesses good communication skill and meticulous.
• Ability to start within short notice is an advantage.

Job Description:

- Provides support to the accounting & admin department by handling general tasks on a daily basis

- Perform general administrative duties

- Handling incoming calls

- Timely invoice billing and follow up on outstanding invoices

- Maintain proper filling system

- Manage and maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies, placing orders as needed

- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
