Job Responsibilities

for various systems.

· Staff Interaction and Facilities Management - Visit clinics to engage with staff, fostering open

communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.

· Employee Reviews & Appraisals - Conduct monthly staff appraisals and performance reviews,

prepare necessary documentation.

· Implement Process Automation and Integrations: Zapier, ChatGPT, Chatbot, Plugins, etc.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.

Job Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working for social service agencies, the public service, or international non-profit organisations, with working proficiency and familiarity with the Charities Act, Personal Data Protection Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven experience in non-profit operations, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by donors (i.e., high net worth family offices, corporations, philanthropists).

Overview of role:

The service manager is a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly.
