This role will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk management, compliance and ESG strategies, policies and initiatives, helping the Group to remain resilient and build a sustainable business.

Responsibilities:

Sustainability

• Help develop, implement, and continuously improve sustainability policies and procedures, and conduct materiality assessments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement ESG initiatives that support the Group’s sustainability goals and improve resource efficiency.
• Support reporting on sustainability/ESG matters to risk management committees, senior management, and the Board, including managing secretariat duties for sustainability committees and taskforces.
• Oversee the production of sustainability reports, ensuring they are accurate, transparent, and compliant with reporting frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, and ISSB, including coordinating the external assurance process.
• Identify and evaluate potential ESG risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation and improvement.
• Monitor and report on the organization’s ESG performance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including managing ESG-related data and collaborating with departments to keep records accurate.

Risk Management

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework/processes to improve risk management capabilities and culture across different business units.
• Assist in reporting risk-related matters to risk management committees, Senior Management, and the Board, including secretariat duties for these committees.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update the risk register to effectively identify, track, monitor, and address inherent and residual risks.
• Gather, analyze, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in collaboration with relevant departments to maintain accurate records.
• Organise, and lead risk management training programs to raise risk awareness and improve skills, including workshops on risk and compliance assessment.
• Aid in the development and implementation of new risk management tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes.

Compliance

• Provide advisory support to management and business units to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory compliance issues, including global developments that may impact business operations.
• Assist in overseeing the Group’s Personal Data Protection function, including policy updates, staff training, and collaboration with the Digital Technology department to ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Maintain and revise compliance and governance policies and procedures, such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies, and support other legal and compliance functions.
• Conduct periodic compliance checks and assist in investigating and addressing compliance issues, including breaches of laws, regulations, policies, and contract management.
• Coordinate and deliver governance and compliance-related training programs.
• Provide advisory support to management and business units to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Others

• Manage and support implementation of Group-wide new initiatives and projects.
• Serve as liaison with internal auditors on risk management, compliance and ESG related matters.
• Undertake any other tasks which may be assigned on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in relevant discipline (e.g Environmental Science, CPA, accountancy, sustainability.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Environmental Science, accounting, auditing, finance, risk management, compliance, ESG or sustainability reporting etc.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting and project management.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented team player who is meticulous and organized.
• Strong collaboration skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
• Proficiency in relevant reporting software that facilitates data visualization and presentation, such as Tableau, or ERM/ESG-specific platforms will be highly beneficial.

A key member of the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team, performing key tasks in relation to management reporting, financial analysis and the budgeting process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and adhoc management reports for Senior Management
• Support and prepare global budgeting and forecasting exercises for the various business units to ensure timely and accurate submission
• Review and validate submissions from Business Lines and Regions to ensure accuracy, identify and analyse variance against budget/ forecast, maintain reporting templates and schedules to facilitate the review and submission
• Work closely with Business Lines and Regional team, Group Finance Management Team (e.g. Financial Controlling, Treasury, Tax) and Functional Owners to understand and analyse financial performance and outlook for the Group.
• Develop and automate tools / templates/ schedules for monthly and yearly submission to improve efficiency and facilitate review.
• Involve in adhoc projects stem from various Group’s initiatives, such as system upgrade and planning tool

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a commercial/ audit environment
• Previous MNC work experience preferred
• Prior experience in a role with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Ability to work with dynamic information and troubleshoot with Business Lines and Regions
• Experience in Cognos and TM1 highly preferred, knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Sun) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, etc), especially Excel (advanced formulas and macros).

The Job

1. Accountable for the efficiency and effective operations of the Call Centre, its agents and services.
2. Lead the agents in improving customer service, in terms of service delivery, service attitudes, defined service outcomes, achieving service standards and receiving service awards.
3. Lead in reviewing current practices, reviewing resources, utilizing resources well, set targets for the department, set targets for the staff, report regularly to HOD and manage costs well.
4. Lead in using relevant market information to analyse and propose on new services, new processes to improve work, and new ideas on the use of digital technologies.
5. Leverage on relevant information, data, digital enablers, digital tools, technologies to propose improvements in upscaling and upskilling the Call Centre’s ability to deliver and perform beyond its current means.
6. Ensure staff are recruited, trained, coached and enabled to provide excellent service under any circumstances. Ensure the well-being of all staff.
7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the many stakeholders’ i.e., departmental supervisors and co-workers, external collaborators, vendors, corporate clients, and the public.
8. Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

• At least 2 years of working experience in Call Centre Management / Operations.

- Corporate Tax computations.

- Handle and maintain a spectrum of accounting functions.

- Monthly Payroll, CPF submission, and staff claims.

- Follow-up customer outstanding.

- Cashflow management and to perform bank statement reconciliation.

- Perform accurate data entry to the account system.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.

- In charge of stock inventories and resolve if there any discrepancies.

Payroll:

• Manage payroll processing and administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments/functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data
• Develop and maintain payroll procedures, calculation formulas and policies, ensuring accuracy, minimizing risk, and improving efficiency of processes
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Be accountable for internal and external payroll audits
• Monitor and report on payroll-related expenses, including salaries, benefits, and taxes
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure the accuracy of employee salary data and assist in troubleshooting payroll system issues

Mobility:

• Review, record and consolidate Mobility policy and process as necessary to align with organization, business and talent needs, review and streamline processes to ensure smoother flow of operations with regards to movement of talent between countries and HQ
• Support assignees on general queries and support other functions for reports and information in the regional mobility space
• Provide excellent customer experience to all outbound employees, relating to mobility activities
• Ensure proper documentation for all stages of assignment and for audit purposes
• Work closely with HR team to provide support or information related to mobility

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resource, accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management, with experience managing payroll
• Strong knowledge of Employment-related/labour laws and regulations, payroll regulations and compliance requirements
