As the Junior Market and Product Assistant will provide support in market research, lead identification, and coordination of product and marketing activities. This entry-level role focuses on assisting the team with administrative tasks, data collection, and identifying potential leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Support

• Conduct basic market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
• Assist in analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Help compile and present simple reports on market findings.

Lead Identification and Support

• Research and identify potential leads for the company’s products or services.
• Maintain and update a database of prospective customers and partners.
• Work with the sales team to qualify leads and share relevant information.
• Assist in reaching out to potential leads through email or phone under guidance.

Product Assistance

• Support the product team in maintaining product catalogs, specifications, and documentation.
• Help gather and organize customer feedback for product improvement.

Marketing Coordination

• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
• Experience: No formal experience required, though internships or part-time roles in sales, marketing, or lead generation are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (optional but preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant , you will perform frontline reception duties and assist the school with administrative matters.

The duties will include as follows:

Reception

• Cover front desk customer service duties for Primary School and MOE Kindergarten.
• Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information
• Maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log. 
• Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/ messages from phone calls or walk-in parents. 
• Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/ students/ vendors/ staff etc. 
• Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including attending to sick and injured students, early dismissals.
• To escalate such cases to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases 
• Handle/ support situation when student(s) vomited and soiled their clothes. 
• Assist students in times of need, e.g. handling lost & found items, change of uniform, contacting teacher/ parent, locating classroom.
• Assist in receiving of goods and incoming mails. 
• Maintain tidiness of the reception area at all times.
  

General Administration

• Assist in the counting / sorting / packing / distribution of brochures or leaflets/items to the teachers and students. 
• Assist in the dissemination of information: school circulars, parents’ messages.
• Inventory management of spare uniforms and first aid items. 
• Assist with the updating of Organisational Chart when new staff joins, or resigning staff leaves. 
• Assist with updating the attendance system on a daily basis, using the IT-enabled system of attendance tracking. 
• Any other duties assigned by School Leaders, Administrative Managers (AM) or Operation Managers (OM), including supporting school key personnel as assigned by the AM

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes including English and Mother Tongue language. Skills: 
• Must be proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel.
• Possess customer service oriented disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience: 

• Shall have at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role and/or front desk reception, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution. 
• Able to relate well with young children.
  

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Off days on Saturdays and Sundays
