Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Love & Bloom, you will lead the development and execution of our online marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and boost conversion rates through a range of digital marketing channels. You will play a central role in shaping our brand’s online voice, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring that Love & Bloom’s digital presence remains on the cutting edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Planning:Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Love & Bloom’s brand values, growth objectives, and target audience preferences.
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies, continually refining our approach to maintain market relevance.
  
• Content & Campaign Management:Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling digital content (including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, videos, and product features) that reflect our brand’s warmth, creativity, and expertise.
  Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram, optimizing for ROI and audience engagement.
  
• SEO & Website Optimization:Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, increase site visibility, and enhance user experience.
  Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure that landing pages, product descriptions, and site architecture are optimized for conversion and discoverability.
  
• Analytics & Reporting:Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
  
• Email & CRM Marketing:Drive retention and loyalty by managing email marketing strategies, from segmentation and automation to personalization and promotional calendar development.
  Leverage CRM insights to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and build strong, ongoing relationships.
  
• Social Media & Influencer Partnerships:Manage Love & Bloom’s social media platforms, ensuring that each channel remains fresh, brand-aligned, and engages our community of customers and followers.
  Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with our aesthetic and values to amplify product awareness and brand storytelling.
