YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring operations efficiency of 4-5 outlets and provide guidance to team in fulfilling monthly sales targets.
• Lead and inspire a team of Outlet Managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strategically plan and review weekly manpower schedules to optimize staffing and control costs effectively.
• Ensure adherence to portioning standards across outlets, closely monitoring inventory levels.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to assist and lead Singapore branch in sales activities of Ocean, Air, Courier and Warehousing.

What Will You Do

• To assist and lead Singapore Branch in sales activities of Ocean, Air, Courier and Warehousing.
• To set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails and etc.
• To manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner, and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers.
• To plan weekly sales calls.
• To follow up on all sales leads.
• To submit daily and weekly reports to management.

• Manage large scale tenders (BMS + ELV systems), accurate sales estimation, system design and regular sales reporting

• Familiar with the regional market opportunities, business activities, strong contacts bases and maintaining cohesive working relationships with our regional partners

• Develop regional sales & project capturing strategies, advising Senior Management on applicable business models

• Market company’s branding, managing & nurturing key accounts relationships, growing customer contact bases throughout targeted regions
