The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in company. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape company’s work and employee policy.

Responsibilities:

• Review, formulate, implement and maintain HR policy and procedures
• Provide general HR and admin support (appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc)
• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee such as handling work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
• Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave application
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports
• Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course
• Maintaining personnel records and ensure filling are up to date
• Any ad hoc and admin duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably full spectrum HR experience
• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 2-3years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organised, good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently to meet datelines

Job Responsibilites

• Assisting medical professionals in clinic daily operations

• Checking patient vital signs and clinical measurements

• Attend to walk-in patients and phone calls

• Appointment booking for patients

• Handle patient's registration and data entry

• Collection of payment

Job Requirement

• GCE O level & above

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with company's overall marketing and sales objectives in the Ambient Beverage category.
• Channel-Specific Campaigns: Ability to translate marketing brand campaigns to channel-specific promotions, and trade programs tailored to various distribution channels, including retail modern trade, general trade, e-commerce and on premise to optimize sales and brand visibility. Able to also provide training and support to the sales team on trade marketing strategies and product knowledge.
• Market Analysis: Using consumer/trade insights to identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt trade marketing plans accordingly.
• Budget Management: Responsible for the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI for various trade marketing activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, commercial sales team and supply chain teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall brand strategies and product launches.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire junior trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Ability and experience to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and create targeted channel and customer promotional plans and activations per brand marketing positioning and campaigns.
