• Handle accounts payable functions, including timely payment processing
• Updating of accounts receivables and maintaining up to date status.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information
• Utilize the XERO Accounting system proficiently for effective financial management
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and accounting best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of project billing and accounts payable processes
• Proficiency in using the XERO Accounting system is a must
