Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.
• To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To optimize use of given resources, especially on labour and F&B costing matters including maintaining of inventory and keeping wastages to a bare minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate IT needs and propose improvements for productivity, security, and efficiency.
• Recommend tech upgrades to management, highlighting their benefits.
• Plan and manage IT projects like system updates, migrations, and outages.
• Support IS team management, including performance reviews and career guidance.
• Identify IT training needs and develop programs for employee skill enhancement.
• Project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirements:

• Min degree in Computer Science/IT
• Min 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity practices and end-user computing.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Services.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH will be advantageous
• Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
• Will require to travel overseas
