Accounts Assistant - 12 Months contract to handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function inclusive of local and oversea suppliers payment, assist with internal and external audit activities, statutory tax reporting (ie. data extraction, etc.) and any other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles :
• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers.
• To perform reconciliation on supplier's Statement of accounts.
• Assist with Internal and external audit activities, any adhoc request & etc.
• Assist with Statutory tax reporting, i.e. data pulling & etc.
• Others - task as assigned.

Requirements:

* Min 3 year experience in food production

* Good understand of food processing & packing equipment and process

* Hands-on mechanical/electronic/electrical skills

* Able to work in shifts

Job Description:

• Assist mainly with AR accounting tasks
• Performing day to day financial transactions, data entry into ERP, recording of bank documentations, and filing of documents
• Reconciliation bank statement and other financial documents
• Assist to create and process vendor invoices on a timely basis
• Manage basic phone calls and respond to email inquiries related to accounting matters
