• Prepare tax invoices, send statement of accounts to customers and chase for overdue debts
• Perform month end closing of accounts including preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules
• Assist in monthly closing
• Assist in preparation of GST reports for quarterly submissions
• Ad-hoc activities as assigned by management
• Ensure adherence to the Accounting Financial Manual and Accounting Policies
• Calculating cost for production inventory
• Sourcing of suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality
• Preparing of purchase order and requesting of purchase quotation
• Liaise with vendor/supplier on delivery and placing order
• Negotiating with vendor/supplier on pricing

Responsibilities

• Assist all Chefs in performing general food- preparation tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 To handle and ensure the correct receipt of inventories and all incoming materials, material quantity inspection and arranging for proper storage.

2 Proper put away and pick inventories in a timely manner to support production and delivery orders.

3 Be responsible for production material handling between warehouse and production area.

4 Update stock records into the system and keep proper records of all documentation for goods receipt and delivery.

5 Maintain proper storekeeping, ensure inventory control and conduct physical monthly cycle stock count. To report any inventory variances.

6 Prepare delivery documents i.e. COA, DO etc. for delivery of materials.

7 You will work in accordance with company safety, health and environment procedure.

8 You will be put on shift work as and when required.

9 Perform daily equipment checks, eg. Forklift.

10 Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels

2. Self-discipline and able to work with minimum supervision.

3. Must be a team player.

4. Possess self-motivation with passion to learn

5. Must possess forklift license.

6. Three (3) years of working experience preferably in manufacturing.

7. Able to work overtime and follow shift pattern if necessary.
