You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor from Warehouse Department.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual
2. Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
3. Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
4. Prepare raw materials dispensing according to the plan and quality specifications
5. Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This will require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
6. Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
7. Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
8. Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
9. Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
10. Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
11. Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
12. Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
13. Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
14. Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

1. NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred
2. Minimum 3 years of technical experience in food and beverage industry would be preferred
3. Basic working knowledge in warehouse operations
4. Driving Forklift, motorized and manual pallet stacker an advantage

Overall Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of the library.
• Issuing and returning of all library books, ready, textbooks, kits and any other resources during lesson, break times and after school
• Re-shelving all returned books, readers, textbooks, kits and tidying of bookshelves daily
• Processing of new arrivals (catalogued and non-catalogued) resources including barcoding, stamping and labelling of new acquisition.
• Repair books and other resources as required
• Assist the librarian with selecting books for UOI’S at NLB
• Follow-up on overdue and lost library resources when required and inform Finance when required.

Requirements:

• A Degree or any course of study in the field of Library Studies.
• Minumium 2 years of library experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Nanyang Campus

Asssisting in unstuffing of containers and arranging the goods into the warehouse;

-Picking and packing of goods and putting them in lorries;

-Organising the goods and keeping the warehouse in a clean and neat manner; and

- Performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Module (EPCC) fabrication project as per contractual specification and quality standard with agreed timeline and safely.
• Enforces on HSE Focus IOGP/HIRA, Safety audit, Safety Campaigns and Drills. Conduct VSCC, weekly HSE walkthrough to focus on critical work area and carryout engagement of workforce on site.
• Good experience in EPCC module project. Manage from design phase till construction to commissioning phase.
• Coordinates construction scope and execution plans with engineering, procurement, installation, operations, interface management and other key FPSO groups
• Performs Continuous review on construction progress against Project Schedule and report to Project Management Team
• Ensures all issued drawing and documentation are latest revision and filed in order.
• Performs oversee module fabrication and assembly. To follow through the integration scope of work for module fabrication from overseas
• Identifies the need for, and participate in, constructability reviews
• Attends Daily/weekly/monthly meeting with shipyard (Builder), Client, Classification and etc
• Ensures meeting summarize and issue minutes of meeting, Presentation slide and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Good in verbal and written communication in English. Possess good organizational, communication skills, presentation, and Reporting skills. The leadership and Supervisory skill to manage project team and shipyard.
• Knowledge of Shipyard Operations will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Shipbuilding role and regulation, classification society ABS / MODU Regulatory rules
• Knowledge of Project related software (auto-cad viewer, Microsoft projects etc)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understands Shipbuilding role and regulation, classification society ABS / MODU / SOLAS /BRC Regulatory rules
