Job Description / Key Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in a technical delivery management in IT services organisations delivery Digital Banking or Digital Channels projects engagements.
• Must have overall 10 to 14 years experience
• Must have Recent working experience in Core Digital Channels/Digital Banking for at least 5+ years.
• Hands-on working experience as a Digital Channels SME / Technical Delivery Manager

This role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing internal, regulatory & HO reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient execution of offshored processes, overseeing service level agreements, and quality standard
• Develop a robust transaction monitoring and reconciliation mechanism where adherence to service levels and outliers can be identified and resolved dynamically
• Lead collaboration and support to offshore teams.
