Responsibilities:

• Oversee the regional partner program including setting annual sales targets, planning promotions, developing marketing strategies, and organizing partner conferences.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to create and implement in-country marketing plans, focusing on sell-in/sell-out strategies, branding initiatives, and stocking promotions.
• Create consumer communication toolkits and provide guidance to partners for effective execution.
• Design and execute omnichannel customer engagement campaigns by conducting consumer research to develop a compelling brand concept and gain insights into consumer preferences.
