Analyse and correlate information security events to identify appropriate event handling actions. Assess operational and implementation costs, and evaluate them against the potential business impact if the policies and controls are not implemented. Assess the effectiveness of the measures against security risk management plan. Develop IT security policy and operational procedures based on information collected.

Develop a documented action plan containing policies, practices and procedures that mitigate the identified risks. Document information related to IT security attacks, threats, risks and controls. Establish a standard methodology for performing security tests in accordance with security requirements. Establish review procedures based on organisation's security risk management plan.

Evaluate effectiveness of current incident response plan against industry good practices. Evaluate response plans periodically to ensure relevance. Identify threats and risks that are relevant to organisation's operations and systems. Monitor the effectiveness of action plans in addressing information risks.

Obtain corporate management's endorsement of security policies, standards and procedures by articulating cost and benefits. Perform comparative analysis of security service performance level parameters against security information sources. Recommend suitable enhancements to improve information security performance. Review business and security environment to identify existing requirements. Review security policies, standards and procedures by considering the threats identified and other information collected. Test incident response plans periodically to ensure response times and executed procedures are acceptable.

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to incorporate sustainable practices that meet Green Mark standards, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmentally friendly materials.
• Monitor and assess MEP and architectural system installations to ensure they align with Green Mark requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants and regulatory bodies, to achieve sustainable design and compliance targets.

1) National Coach

• Coach the National Squad/Team
• Plan, programme and deliver all aspects of the open national programmeand be accountable for team performances.
• Plan, organise and undertake all aspects of tours and compettin
• Provide annual plans for all age national squads in conjunction with other key stakeholders and service providers
• Plan, co-ordinate, communicate all aspects of player programming/player requirements with support staff, team officials and Sport Singapore
• Be a National Selector for Opens and 21&U, and optionally the 19&U and 17&U squads including leading the selection panel at Open Level
• Utilise the Sport Singapore's resources and facilities in sports science, sports strength & conditioning, psychology and other resources as available for use by the Open and 21 squads.
• Update Policy and Standard Operating Procedures relating to the National Team as needed
• Maintain effective functional relationships with all key stakeholders especially Sport Singapore, Singapore Sports School and MOE.
• Work with the National Youth Sports Institute on age group development as needed
• Assist as directed on sponsorship matters
• Promote the game or the national team during functions, road shows, media interviews and marketing events
• Report to the Chief Executive Office (or equivalent) and to attend Board meetings.

2) Technical Duties

• Together with the Technical Executives and the CEO, appoint team officials for the 21&U Squad
• Together with the Technical Executives and the CEO, appoint team officials for the Singapore Age Group Squads (19s, 17s and 14s)
• Maintain a high-performance coach development plan
• Assist/lead in Coach education and development of the game
• Present/coordinate Level 1 and 2 Coaching Courses as needed. This is supplemented by bringing in presenters from Netball Australia each year.
• Act as a coach mentor for selected coaches at Netball Super League and National Age Group/Open Level
• Compile and monitor all annual budgets for all areas of the game (in conjunction with the CEO and Technical Executives).
• Make recommendations in relation to special grants and other avenues of funding
• Together with the CEO, Technical Executives, be responsible for year planning
• Maintain effective functional relationships with all key stakeholders expecially Sport Singapore, Singapore Sports School and MOE.
