Starting salary will be $2,000 to $5,000 per month depening on paper qualifications and year of experiences. We offer 5 days' work per week. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational & logistical management/Support
• Be able to cover programmes whenever main instructor is not available
• Provide support to main programme instructor to provide training/supervision and guidance to PWIDs
• Provide support in gross and fine motor training for when required
• Provide support to the Centre Lead in grants application and project execution
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, functions, and sales-related activities .
• Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, equipment, materials, and inventory management.
• Manage and assist with online sales activities, including updating product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating deliveries.
• Provide support to onsite sales in retail or café outlets, including handling cash, inventory, and customer service.

• G.C.E 'N' Levels
• Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of special needs in the community
• Ability to assist instructors to roll out lesson plan and intervention plans for PWIDs
• Create good student development and classroom management plan
• Experience working with chronic conditions such as special Needs / Mental Illness is a plus
• Possess good problem solving skills to identity needs and create action plans
• Able to communicate with diverse groups; maintaining confidentiality; working as part of team and meeting deadlines and schedules

Job description

• Responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities including preparation of audit schedules, reconciliation and analysis
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the ERP system
• Monthly interco confirmation and resolving differences
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Review/prepare monthly schedules and account fluctuations analysis
• Prepare regulatory filing reports, annual financial statements, quarterly GST filing and corporate tax returns
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on audit and filing matters
• Participate in ERP system implementation and process improvement projects
• Maintain internal controls and recommend policies/procedures to enhance process efficiencies
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• Working experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP system
• Experience in consolidation of group accounts would have added advantage
• Auditing and/or supervisory experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Able to start short-notice/immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload e-invoices into the customer portal.

• Perform regular account reviews to identify overdue invoices.

• Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers monthly after month-end closure.

• Monitor and follow up on payments with customers and sales representatives.

• Record incoming payments and update financial records accordingly.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and collections forecasts to management.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist in yearly stock take.

• Handle HSA Product Registration on an as-needed basis.

• Coordinate with consultants to prepare documents for annual ISO audits.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
