RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder provides support and assistance to the Director of Nursing in sustaining the standards of nursing practice; ensuring safe, high-quality, efficient and cost effective care is delivered to residents and their families. He/She is responsible for staff development and professional growth of the nurses. Supervise Nurse Clinicians/Nurse Educators to ensure that clinical quality standards and competencies of staff are maintained. Collaborates with Business Unit Head/Operational managers to facilitate Nurse Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care and services to meet the needs of the residents/clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

• Plans, Coordinates and evaluates overall nursing care and services.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates nursing procedures, standards, and policies from best practices.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing standards and services.
• Facilitate and promote clinical safety and risk management practices.
• Monitor audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Participates in the development and implementation of a person-centred care delivery model.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and innovation in nursing care delivery.
• Identifies and plans professional development of nurses and care staff in collaboration with their supervisors.
• Create a culture of accountability, team work and positive staff motivation.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Drives and manages change processes to improve nursing care and services provided to the residents/clients.
• Acts as a resource person to the nurses, care staff, doctors, allied health colleagues and operations staff.
• Work with relevant departments to address interdepartmental conflicts, troubleshoot problem areas, propose solutions and initiate follow-up action.
• Conducts recruitment and selection of nurses.

Secondary Responsibilities and duties (20%)

• Assists in the implementation of nursing projects and expansion of services.
• Assists the Director, Nursing in identifying new programs for the residents and special clinical projects to meet service needs.
• Monitors/analyzes the clinical quality indicators and changing needs of residents of Business Units i.e.Nursing Home, Day care and home care.
• Represent the organisation in external committees as appointed.
• Undertakes any task assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Technical / Professional

• Registered Nurse with Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in healthcare setting.
• Trained in quality improvement methodologies.

General

• Possesses good people-management skills.
• Strong sense of integrity.

Job Scope

• General adminstrative work including data entry.
• Assist with our operational activities including online/offline sales and order processing and fulfilment, production planning, inventory tracking, supply chain planning and management.

Requirements

• Consumer healthcare / FMCG experience preferred but not necessary

This role involves designing and developing software for automation processes, leveraging our company’s motors and actuators to create robotic equipment that meets customer end. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to the sales team, engage in market analysis, and contribute to sales promotion efforts to strengthen our presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of motion system applications for automation and robotics.

• Design and create program software to enhance the functionality and efficiency of automation processes.

• Develop robotic equipment and solutions utilizing our brands of product such as motors and actuators, including AC motors, brushless motors, stepper motors, and servomotors.

• Conduct technical feasibility studies and stay updated on advancements in robotics and motion systems.

• Collaborate with the sales team to address high-level customer inquiries and provide technical expertise.

• Customize motor and actuator solutions to meet specific customer requirements in the Asia-Pacific region.

• Provide training and technical guidance to the sales team on the application and integration of motion system products.

• Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies, including web-based promotional content.

• Perform market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for robotics and actuator solutions.

• Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve regional business objectives.

• Collaborate with headquarter in Japan to develop a comprehensive long-term sales plan that supports sales growth in alignment with the five-year sales growth targets.

• Act as the main point of contact with headquarters and affiliated factories in Japan. Lead meetings to ensure the seamless implementation of projects and initiatives.

• Present detailed monthly sales reports in Japanese to headquarters in Japan, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N1 level or equivalent is required for effective reporting, coordination, and precise communication with stakeholders in Japan.

• Graduate with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills for automation and motion system applications.

• Hands-on experience with our brand of AC motors, brushless motors, stepper motors, and servomotors.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong understanding of market trends in automation and robotics.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to customers and internal teams effectively.

• Experience in web design and digital marketing is a plus.
