Overview

The Mobilisation Manager will ensure the successful transition of newly awarded Food Service contracts. This will be achieved through working closely with the Growth team at tender stage, leading the mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over the project to the operations lead and supporting the operations team during the transition through to steady state. The key objective of this role is to ensure a smooth mobilisation of contracts, good relations with the client and ensuring all actions are completed and fully handed over to the operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Mobilise, re-mobilise and de-mobilise contracts.

· Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure all mobilisation actions are completed

· Responsible for management of the mobilisation budget

· Co-ordinate the relevant business support departments at various stages throughout the process.

· Liaising with subcontractors to ensure all actions are achieved within agreed budgets and timeframes.

· Chair weekly meetings/conference calls with the operations team and client to update on the contract mobilisation progression, sharing the updated mobilisation plan.

· Ensure all sites have essential company documentation from day one.

· Provide training to sites on business processes and procedures.

· Review tender/contract scope of works and create retention strategy.

· Chair review meetings post contract start date.

· Highlight any issues or risks which may impact the successful delivery of the project, ensuring business continuity during transition.

· This role has a national remit and mobility is critical.

The Manager in the Industry Development Division 1 is responsible for the effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key programmes and policies, including the SkillsFuture Level Up Programme (SFLP) and sustainability initiatives.

This role requires close engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery, data integrity, and continuous improvement of processes. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will contribute to enhancing the impact and effectiveness of industry development initiatives.

Programme Policy Review and Monitoring:

Objectives of this role

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
