What the role is

The Pathway Manager (PWM) has a critical role within Fencing Singapore (FS) and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athlete pathway programme. Key Responsibilities:

1. Pathway Development and Implementation

a. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of FS National Pathways across all weapons, genders, age groups, and participation* levels.

b. Develop a structured athlete pathway, outlining stages of development, key milestones, and transition criteria.

c. Collaborate with clubs, schools, and coaches to integrate pathway programmes into existing structures, ensuring cohesive support for participants, athletes, and officials at all stages.
