Key Responsibilities

• To have overall responsibility for monitoring and organising the construction and demolition activities associated with the Project.

As a Programme Manager, you will utilise your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to manage end-to-end software delivery using low-code platforms and Agile methodologies. Your role will involve overseeing the technical architecture, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring project timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are achieved. You will also act as a trusted consultant, providing clients with solutions, roadmaps, and post-implementation support strategies, driving both operational efficiency and business impact.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Manage end-to-end software delivery using a low-code platform and Agile methodology.
• Design and implement technical and solution architectures that align with business requirements.
• Propose and enforce coding standards and best practices; conduct code reviews and perform hands-on coding when necessary.
• Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, and technical documentation.
• Act as a consultant, offering clients technical solutions, delivery roadmaps, and post-implementation support strategies.
• Manage external vendors for development and project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to client stakeholders.
• Involved in securing engagements and managing client relationships.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3 years of experience in software development; experience with OutSystems for web and/or mobile projects is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development and technical practices.
