Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership day-to-day operations of non-clinical activities in the company portfolio of Nursing homes including Front desk admin/clinical logistic management eg store, procurement, transport.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operation heads to ensure optimal operations within the nursing homes.
• Analyse department performance and implement improvements as needed to achieve operation and financial targets

Qualifications and requirements

• Degree or Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service to partners and customers

· Attend to day-to-day needs of office

· Checking & follow-up on delivery & proper submission of supporting documents and endorsement by staff for

payment

· Perform admin task like filing, photocopy

· Maintain office stocks e.g. forms, pantry and Sundry

· Collating data & survey, etc

· Compilation of statistics.

· Provide ad-hoc admin support to HODs

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Operations
• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing of products
• Assure the timely fulfilment of orders on a daily basis
• Assist our logistics team in picking & packing, when required
• Perform duties of a checker to ensure accuracy of picked products, when necessary
• Perform QC check on products, when necessary
• Assist with the replenishing of stocks in active store
• Ensure cleanliness of store area through consistent housekeeping
• Take on other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Preferably GCE ‘O’ level certificate and IT literate
• Those with at least 1 year experience in stores dealing with pharmaceutical products will have an added advantage
• Physically fit and a good team player
