D) Marketing Campaigns Development with Industry Partners

E) Team & Budget Management

1. Performance and day-to-day operational management of team member.

Qualifications:

1) Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing communications, or equivalent.

· Additional certifications in public relations, media planning, or event marketing would be advantageous.

2) Work Experience

· 4 years in marketing communications, public relations, or event marketing, preferably in B2B exhibitions, or large-scale events.

· Proven experience in media planning, press releases, and integrated marketing campaigns.

· Prior involvement in visitor experience management (e.g., visa facilitation, badge registration, hospitality) would be an advantage.

3) Skills

· Strong writing and content development abilities for marketing collaterals and press releases.

THE WORK

Project Management (40%)

• Ownership and management of projects including virtual, hybrid and live events attributed to them.
• Planning, budgeting, program and itinerary building, fostering stakeholders' relationships, identify upsell opportunities while delivering on project requirements.
• Able to provide the full range of MCI services to current and potential clients.
• Conduct internal pre-event briefings, and post-program debriefings with data analysis and market intelligence

Leadership & Relationship Management (30%)

• Represent MCI and participating at selected industry events, exhibitions, social events.
