What’s it all about?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. You will be an inspirational leader who can drive results, but also adept at building a demand generation strategy that is presentable to a senior audience. What we expect of you, day to day:

Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%) 

• Working with regional marketing managers and sales consultants to support the creation of a demand gen strategy that meets regional targets
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and more account based marketing
• Building prospect target lists using business development tools
• Build strategies using clear and defined KPIs and ROI. Specific campaigns that are built and delivered as part of the strategy should have trackable metrics and align with your overall strategic objectives
• Own data management for prospecting 

Leadership (approx. 45% of role)

• As an experienced leader, you will coach and lead your team to execute against your strategy and to continuously improve the quality and warmth of leads and opportunities
• You’ll also help and mentor career growth across the team
• Oversee the SDR playbook for moving leads through the funnel, and all processes that sit alongside it
• Support APAC SDRs and oversees SDR activity globally to facilitate the transfer of best practices
• Lead by example with KPIs and prospecting
• Manage performance of SDRs, ensuring they are hitting the targets you have set

Performance Reporting (approx. 30% of role)

• Creating a reporting rhythm among SDRs, the wider marketing team, sales team and also at a senior leadership/executive level.
• Managing the creation and delivery of all demand generation reporting
• Working closely with the sales operations team, providing them with data to enable their wider sales reporting, and ensuring they are supporting marketing deliverables for reporting
• Delivery of holistic demand generation activity, both outbound lead generation as well as working alongside the marketing manager to support inbound lead generation.
• This will include building prospect lists, managing data, building campaigns within lead gen tools and the execution of those campaigns
• It also includes any necessary follow up and qualification of leads as well as smooth handover to sales consultants.

Role Profile

This role is accountable for ensuring that everyone on the team knows and executes his or her role, feels empowered and supported in the role, knows the roles of the other team members and acts upon the belief that those roles will be performed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and implement the maintenance operations effectively to ensure PM schedules and CM are carried out within the maintenance budget and Service Level Agreement
• Plan for improvement in the reliability, maintainability and availability of the system
• Ensure the productions system are maintained and conforms to the contract, code of practices and technical requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance report
• Attend maintenance meetings with customer periodically to constantly upkeep quality standard as per company QMS
• Upkeep obsolescence management on the maintenance for system and ensure proper change request and upkeep proper documentation changes
• Obtain quotations for materials, equipment and contractors required for maintenance operations and raise PO
• Manage and coach a team of technical support engineers and technicians and ensure that the team is adequately trained to perform the tasks given
• Manage the sub-contractors required for the maintenance operation to ensure that works are done in a professional manner
• Prepare training materials and conduct yearly re-training for customers
• Establish procedures for work at site and ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are observed at work sites. Inculcate the “safety first” attitude in all workers.
• Carry out plan to consolidate/centralise maintenance staff movement and staff competency to increase efficiency in order to improve profitability.
• Implement and update company records e.g. training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments
• Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each staff is aware
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Understanding and knowledge of the Singapore security and surveillance sector and its operating environment
• Understanding and knowledge of the Singapore security and surveillance technology in their limitations and applications
• Skills in relating to and servicing the end-users with a win-win mind set
• Skills in people management and employee development
• Good understanding of the software and hardware environment for ICT platform and CCTV/network sensors system
• Sound knowledge and experience in IT, IP networking and network security solution/product
• Preferably with a Professional Certificate in Project Management

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Preference for candidate with security and surveillance experience

· Responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs throughout Flextronics

· Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.

· Develops and ensures adherence to project and program budgets.

· Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community.

· Participates with other managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.

· Directs the activities of program team members and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

· Reviews aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

· Site representative to support Flex Global Cost Model Process lead by Quotation Manager for existing and new customer quote.

· Coordinate within site team and management to inputs, review and buyoff FGCM roll out by Quotation Manager.

· Be responsible for maintaining specific and program’s quotations. This include any ECO changes, monthly/quarter component price changes, rework, repair, etc

· Ensure Contract and service agreement requirements are adhered to by both Flex and the Customer

· Ensure that operations and the customer work within the bounds of the contract or service agreement.

· Manage the process to set and reset Customer Expectations ensuring there is clear alignment between the internal operations group and the customer.

· Work to ensure ‘ease of doing businesses between Flex and our customers

· Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection and related reviews and corrective actions.

· Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others.

· Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

· Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

· Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental ·Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.
