As a Global Procurement Category Manager at Micron, you will develop and execute a holistic sourcing and management strategy for a specific category of spend and lead a team dedicated to this category. A Senior Client Manager is a quota-bearing sales persona and the primary purpose of the role is to take full ownership of named client accounts, retain these clients and find new business in FSI Vertical. • Oversee the development and optimization of semiconductor packaging processes specific to Advance Packaging and collaborating with engineers in CMP, WET, ETCH, PHOTO, CVD, Bonding, debonding, Wafer prep, Hybrid bonding, TCB & pre/post encap departments to ensure high yield and quality standards are met.
• Perform process and tool capability assessment. Assess & validate CTQ (critical to quality).
• Define and implement the necessary quality system and documentation, encompassing initial design to full-scale production.
• Coordinate and implement NPI samples build, and engineering samples build during NPI qualification.

Job Description:

The Retail Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence. This role involves managing inventory, assisting in budget planning, and ensuring visual merchandising standards, all while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security protocols
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Collaborate on sales strategies and monitor sales performance with the Store Manager
• Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to maintain profitability

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels, product ordering, and stock management
• Analyze sales and product movement data to optimize inventory levels and assortment

Team Leadership & Staff Development:

• Supervise and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Create a positive work environment and support team development through training and coaching

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain an attractive and organized store layout aligned with brand image
• Implement and regularly update visual merchandising standards

Marketing & Promotions:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and events to drive footfall and increase sales

Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively and make informed decisions
• Physically fit to perform standing and other physical tasks
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning works in accordance with the company’s procedures and practice

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained

• Execute comprehensive cleaning plan including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, glass panel

cleaning, emptying bins, cleaning toilets, general cleaning etc

• Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to and all defects are reported
