We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong administrative, organizational, and HR skills who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Google Suite and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Manage the employee HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Handle staff appraisals, performance reviews, and salary reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of employee leave, attendance, and payroll matters with the use of our HR software.
• Prepare and submit IR8A forms and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies.

Administration:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.

Financial Management:

• Work closely with the accounting partner to prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and GST submissions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage daily accounting entries.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and manage cashflow.

Accounts Management:

• Process invoices, payment approvals, and collections.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment matters and resolve issues promptly.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Support internal teams by providing financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
• Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on HR and financial regulations and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the company’s success.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the Advertising/Events industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Xero Accounting Software and Just Login is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on CCTV cameras and backend systems (e.g. network, server storage, Windows OS, video content analytics)
• Attend to service requests from customers promptly and professionally
• Act as single point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras
• Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required
• Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts
• Work with principals, suppliers, system engineers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct product demonstration to customers
• Candidate will be scheduled for on-call support rotation
• Other duties as assigned
• Comply with the company’s Safe work procedures at all times

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Skills in trouble shooting technical problems related to the company’s products
• Skills in relating to and servicing the end-users with a win-win mind set

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge with and certification on in-house products
• Able to deal with routine tasks and may perform tasks with some level of complexity
• Take decisions for own tasks in defined degree of freedom
• Able to solve problems in most cases and within guidelines
• Works independently within guidelines, defined procedures and direction
• Advantageous to possess Class 3/2B license
• Strong commitment to meeting customer’s SLA

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Security Systems Integration or a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

• Fire Protection System comprising of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hosereel, Hydrant, Rising Main, Emergency Communication, Gas etc.
• Plan, lead and manage a team of supervisors in implementing fire protection installation for the project throughout the concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration & management, testing & commissioning to project completion
• Assist & Report Directly to the Project Director on overall project management.
• Supervision of work, liaise with main contractors/sub contractors / site supervisors/ foremen and workers regarding the overall implementation on site
• Attend meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ideally 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good command of English and Computer Literate
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, independent, self-motivated, proactive street smart.
• Wiling to learn & fast learner.
• Enthusiastically motivated individuals
• Strong Technical fundamental will be advantageous.
