• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive management, or a related field with relevant certifications or training in automotive aftersales management preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in service management role, preferably within a luxury automotive brand.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service centre management, customer service, technical services, automotive technologies, diagnostics tools, repair techniques, along with an understanding of industry trends, technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.

Position Overview:

The Finance & HR Assistant/Executive will play a key role in supporting both financial and human resource functions within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Functions:

* Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

* Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

* Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Reconcile bank statements

* Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.

* Coordinate with auditors and assist in tax-related matters.

HR Functions:

* Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

* Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and exit documents.

* Manage part time payroll processing, including tracking attendance and leave records.

* Assist in employee training, development programs, and performance reviews.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) Proven experience in finance or HR, preferably in a dual-role capacity.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Act as a coordinator between the hotel and the FEHD.
• Lead the FSMS team, arrange the monthly meeting and chair the meeting.
• Plan and implement the FSMS program.
• Train employee in the food safety policies.
• Conduct monthly internal hygiene inspection and report writing.
• Assist in corrective actions.
• Investigate food safety incidents and submit reports to the F&B Manager, Executive Chef, Resident Manager and/or General Manager of an individual hotel.
• Ensure employees’ personal hygiene are maintained tip-top at all times.
• Record keeping. Ensure all the temperature records are filled out correctly.
• Arrange food samples for laboratory tests.
• Accompany the auditor in the external audit.
• Recruit, induct and train Food Safety Officers.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all Offices, Kitchens and related areas.
