• Responsible for promoting and regulating the use of shared active mobility devices
• Make field trips to operators’ premises, parking locations, etc;
• Engage licensees and educate them perform compliance checks
• Perform user acceptance testing on system enhancements; and
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance or other relevant discipline
• Experience in audit,
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good analytical, written and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure

Logistics Assistant

About the Job:

• Perform goods receiving & monitoring of warehouse inventory level.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and key suppliers to track movement of goods and on-time delivery.
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, FIFO & Kaizen rules.
• Assist in labelling work & secondary assembly, if necessary.
• Identify gaps of improvement and participate in improvement projects related to processes, system & system.

About You:

• NITEC/Diploma experience in the logistics/ manufacturing space.
• Knowledge in industrial engineering/ mass manufacturing is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP/ ERP system.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment, comfortable with moving heavy loads sometimes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall Responsible for Tenancy Matters of Tenants and Managing of Lease Issues with Tenants
• Site Management and ensure Compliance to Authorities regulations.
• Formulate strategies which encompass rental review
• Negotiate the renewal of Tenancy Agreements.
• Perform Credit Analysis on customers
• Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship.
• Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Tenants
• Liaise with Legal Department on Legal Cases
• Handover/Takeover of leased units

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial rental or Self Storage portfolio
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
• A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work in a team
