RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in industry-related events.

Job Description

• The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:

This position is required to develop the Kajima Overseas Asia (hereinafter “KOA”) Group’s marketing plan and its action plan, which would be the basis of the Group’s business planning and implement them to daily operations in order to achieve the annual goals for new sales.

The General Manager / Business Development needs also to manage and oversee all marketing and business development activities in cooperation with the KOA Group companies by utilizing Kajima Group internal resources and external relationships.

· Supervise and manage the marketing activities of the KOA Group which is covering the region: Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Myanmar.

What a Compliance Manager does at Visa:

Based in Singapore, this position will support the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory who is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of Visa’s regulated entity as a Major Payments Institution (MPI) in Singapore, covering AML/CFT and Sanctions compliance matters. This position will be reporting to the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory based in Singapore and is a newly created position as part of Visa’s expansion plans within the APAC region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

·       Support Singapore MLRO in the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and Sanctions frameworks which are in line with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act (PSA) and the relevant subsidiary legislations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as Visa’s Global Compliance and other International AML/CFT and Sanctions standards. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising & Donor Management

● Expand and grow the donor base including foundations, corporate donors, government grants and individual donors through leads generation, grant writing, relationship building and engagement in support of fundraising strategy defined in the year

● Pipeline management and timely and accurate updates of donors’ giving records in Salesforce system and/or any other systems as required

● Manage fundraising campaigns and events with the view to build long-term partnerships with individuals and corporates, and potential long-term volunteering relationships with corporate staff members

● Manage donor relationships including providing accurate and timely grant reporting, engagement of funders in CSR activities, donor appreciation etc
