Job Position: Senior Customer Service Assistant - Driving Range

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist in members' and guests’ inquiries
• Collect ball fees, Toptracer Range fees, and ball card top-up fees
• Assist with bay reservations for members and the public (phone, email, in-person)
• Supervises and directs junior level CSA in the golf shop as well as field attendants
• Assist to manage the receiving and processing of new inventory in the shop
• Assist to stage and prepare club activities and leagues being organized at the driving range
• Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, and engineering to report facility issues for a timely resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office and similar)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to be part of a service-oriented team

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
• Assist in planning and coordinating drivers, sales team and customers schedule.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Act as a liaison between the management and staff, relaying information, requests, and directives.
• Maintain office files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
• Ensure all sensitive information is handled with confidentiality.
• Oversee and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
• Handle office equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as timesheets, and jobsites tracking.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up on pending tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin speaking plus point).

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Perform day to day administrative support for the company and various departments including Retail Operations, Warehouse and Head Office.

2. Source for quotations and liaise with existing and potential vendors or suppliers for all non-trade items, office and warehouse equipment.

3. Use Non-Trade System to process, coordinate and issues for retail outlet or individual staff requisition for non-trade items.

4. Check, verify and maintain the accuracy of non-trade items inventory system database.

5. Deal with contractor and vendors for office and outlet facilities service and maintenance.

6. Replenish order for pantry stuff, toiletries products and cleaning tools.

7. Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicles, forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment.

8. Arrange vehicles for LTA inspection and process vehicle’s road tax and insurance renewal.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Min. diploma or equivalent in related discipline.

2. At least 2 years related working experience required.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Able to work independently.

5. Able to work in a fast pace environment.

6. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).

• Position: Sales Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Guidance Provided) – Up to $3,000 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with customers to follow up on quotations, sales orders and address any issues or concerns
